1. Tuition Refund Policy

METRONYXIA is committed to fair and transparent refund practices:

Full Refund

• Withdrawal within 7 days of enrollment
• Course cancellation by METRONYXIA
• Rejection of enrollment application

Partial Refund

• 80% refund: Withdrawal 8-14 days after enrollment
• 50% refund: Withdrawal 15-30 days after enrollment
• No refund: Withdrawal after 30 days of enrollment

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a written refund request
2. Include your enrollment details
3. Provide reason for withdrawal
4. Allow 10-15 business days for processing

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Registration fee
• Technology fee
• Materials already provided
• Administrative processing fees
